إخلاء المسؤولية الطبية

تطبيق «Amaya-Mommy» أداة تعليمية تقدّم معلومات عامة عن الحمل بهدف المتابعة والتثقيف فقط. المحتوى — بما في ذلك معلومات الأسابيع والتغذية والأعراض والنصائح ومذكّر الأدوية — لأغراض المعرفة العامة، وليس بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية المتخصّصة.

التطبيق لا يقدّم تشخيصًا طبيًا ولا وصفة علاجية ولا نصيحة فردية.
لا تعتمدي على التطبيق وحده في أي قرار يخصّ صحتك أو حملك أو جنينك.
استشيري دائمًا طبيبتك قبل اتخاذ أي إجراء، خاصةً عند ظهور أي عرض مقلق.
في الطوارئ، توجّهي فورًا لأقرب مستشفى أو اتصلي بالإسعاف.
مذكّر الأدوية أداة تذكير مساعدة فقط، ولا يغني عن وصفة طبيبتك.

باستخدامك التطبيق، تقرّين بتحمّلك المسؤولية الكاملة عن استخدام المعلومات، وأن القائمين على التطبيق غير مسؤولين عن أي ضرر ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو الاعتماد على المحتوى دون استشارة طبية.

البيانات التي نحفظها

بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني عند الدخول عبر Google.
بيانات الحمل: تاريخ آخر دورة أو الموعد المتوقّع، وأسبوع الحمل.
بيانات صحية تُدخلينها: الوزن، ضغط الدم، الأعراض، الأدوية ومواعيدها، سجلّات الجرعات، شرب الماء، والملاحظات.
بيانات تقنية: معرّف الإشعارات لإرسال التنبيهات.

أين تُحفظ

تُحفظ بياناتك بأمان في خدمات Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore و Firebase Authentication).

كيف نستخدمها

لعرض محتوى مخصّص لمرحلة حملك.
لحفظ متابعتك الصحية وعرضها عبر أجهزتك.
لإرسال التذكيرات والإشعارات التي تفعّلينها.

ما لا نفعله

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث.
لا نشارك بياناتك الصحية لأغراض إعلانية.

حقوقك

يمكنك الوصول إلى بياناتك داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل عبر «حذف الحساب» في صفحة «حسابي».
أو مراسلتنا لطلب الحذف يدويًا.

الإعلانات

قد يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عبر Google AdMob، التي قد تستخدم معرّفات الجهاز وفق سياسة Google.

"Amaya-Mommy" is an educational tool providing general pregnancy information for tracking and learning only. All content — weekly info, nutrition, symptoms, tips, and the medication reminder — is for general knowledge and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

The app does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or individual advice.
Do not rely on the app alone for decisions about your health, pregnancy, or baby.
Always consult your doctor before taking action, especially with concerning symptoms.
In emergencies, go to the nearest hospital or call emergency services.
The medication reminder is a helper tool only and does not replace your doctor's prescription.

By using this app, you take full responsibility for your use of the information, and the app's creators are not liable for harm resulting from misuse or reliance on the content without medical consultation.

Privacy Policy

Data we store

Account data: your email when signing in with Google.
Pregnancy data: last period or due date, and pregnancy week.
Health data you enter: weight, blood pressure, symptoms, medications and times, dose logs, water intake, and notes.
Technical data: notification token for sending alerts.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase services (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication).

How we use it

To show content tailored to your pregnancy stage.
To save your health tracking and display it across your devices.
To send the reminders and notifications you enable.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
We do not share your health data for advertising.

Your rights

You can access your data within the app anytime.
You can delete your account and all data via "Delete Account" in the "My Account" page.
Or email us to request manual deletion.

The app may show ads via Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers per Google's policy.
